We want you to be delighted with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns and refunds may be necessary. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
Please note: Custom orders are not returnable.
1.2 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our team at pointdecor.info@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.
1.3 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
Refunds
2.1 Refund Eligibility
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the item meets our return criteria, we will process the refund to the original payment method.
Partial Refunds: If an order is canceled or returned for any reason other than our fault, only 80% of the purchase price will be refunded due to nonrefundable commissions.
Condition for Refunds: Refunds will only be processed once we receive the returned item.
Custom Orders: No refunds will be issued for custom orders.
Sale Items: Items purchased from the Sale section are not eligible for refunds.
Time Limit: No refunds will be issued after 45 days from the date of purchase.
Unclaimed Packages: No refunds will be issued for unclaimed packages. These packages can be reshipped to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
2.2 Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned items. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. And please note that colors and shapes may slightly differ from the photos.
Damaged or Defective Items
3.1 Reporting Damages
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our team within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Provide clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging for our assessment.
3.2 Replacement or Refund
We will either replace the damaged item or issue a refund for the full purchase amount, with the buyer covering the shipping fee. Our team will guide you through the appropriate steps to resolve the issue.
Cancellations
4.1 Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
*Cancellation requests are subject to review and approval, especially when it comes to customized items that cannot be resold.
