- Machine wash on a gentle cycle.
- Do not soak or bleach.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Air dry only.
- Iron at a low temperature (polyester setting) or use steam.

- Custom-made curtains cannot be returned or exchanged.
- The anti-claw fabric is not completely damage-proof. If the fabric is cut or a thread is torn entirely, restoring its original appearance may not be possible.

- Buyers are responsible for applicable customs duties and import taxes. Customs processing may affect delivery times.

Are these curtains completely cat-proof?
The anti-claw fabric allows many claw marks to be smoothed out. However, it is not completely damage-proof. Cuts or fully torn threads may cause permanent damage.
Can I return my order?
These curtains are made specifically to your selected measurements and hanging style, so returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please check all order details carefully before purchasing.
Can I choose my curtain length?
Yes! You can enter your preferred curtain drop between 60" and 106" when placing your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

Our products are made to order, and production usually takes 1–2 weeks. Express delivery typically takes 5–10 days, while standard delivery usually takes 14–21 days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping conditions.
Because our products are made according to the customer’s selected measurements and options, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. If you need to change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be possible only if production has not yet started.
