Custom Sizes and Measurements

Yes. PointDecor creates curtains, sheer curtains, and other window textiles according to the measurements and options selected by the customer.

This allows us to make window treatments for standard and non-standard windows rather than limiting customers to ready-made panel sizes.

Measure your curtain rod or track and determine where you want the curtain to end. The correct measurements may depend on your window, the selected heading style, and the look you want to achieve.

Please check the measuring instructions provided on the relevant product page. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.

In most cases, the rod or track is more important than the width of the window itself because it determines how the finished curtains will hang.

The exact measuring method depends on the selected curtain design and heading style, so please follow the instructions for the specific product.

Yes. Contact us before placing your order if you need help choosing the appropriate size.

Please include:

  • a link to the product;
  • your rod or track measurements;
  • the desired curtain length;
  • your preferred heading style;
  • a photo of the window area, if possible.

We can provide guidance, but please carefully confirm all final measurements before submitting the order.

Yes. Custom sizing is one of PointDecor’s main specialties. Many of our curtains can be made for unusually sized windows that are difficult to fit with ready-made panels.

Contact us before ordering if your project requires an uncommon size or configuration.

Additional custom sizes may be available depending on the product, fabric, and required design. Send us the dimensions and product link so we can confirm whether the requested size can be produced.

Panels and Hanging Options

This may vary depending on the product. Please check the product description and selected options to confirm what is included.

If the quantity is not clear, contact us before placing your order.

Depending on the product, available options may include:

  • rod pocket;
  • grommets;
  • pencil pleat;
  • bow pleat;
  • ripple fold tape.

Not every heading style is available for every curtain. Please check the options offered on the individual product page.

The right option depends on your existing rod or track, how you want the curtains to fold, and how frequently you plan to open and close them.

If you are unsure which heading is compatible with your setup, send us a photo of your curtain hardware before ordering.

Curtain hardware is not included unless it is specifically listed as part of the product. Please check what is included on the individual product page before ordering.

Fabrics, Colors, and Samples

Yes. Fabric samples are available and recommended when color, texture, pattern, or transparency is especially important for your interior.

A sample allows you to examine the fabric in your room before ordering a full custom-made product.

Color may appear slightly different because of screen settings, photography, and natural or artificial lighting. Fabric texture can also affect how a color looks from different angles.

For a more accurate assessment, we recommend ordering a fabric sample.

Pattern placement may vary according to the selected curtain dimensions and the section of fabric used for the order. The fabric design remains the same, but the exact placement of individual pattern elements may differ from the photographed curtain.

Sheer curtains allow more natural light to pass through and generally provide less privacy. Denser curtain fabrics offer greater coverage, while optional linings can provide additional light control, privacy, or insulation.

The exact result depends on the selected fabric and configuration. Check the individual product description or contact us for guidance.
