If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue caused by our mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Why should I order custom curtains?
Made-to-measure curtains are created according to your window dimensions, helping you achieve a better fit compared with standard ready-made panels.
Please note: Custom orders are not returnable. For all not personalized items we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

Because our products are made according to the customer’s selected measurements and options, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. If you need to change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be possible only if production has not yet started.
