Velvet curtains — a touch of quiet luxury

There’s something magnetic about velvet. The way it catches the light — shifting softly between matte and shine — it’s not just fabric, it’s presence.

Our Velvet Collection was born from that fascination: how a single curtain can turn a simple room into a space that feels intentional, curated, almost cinematic.

Handcrafted, not mass-made

Every set of velvet curtains we craft at PointDecor is made to order — not rushed, not pulled from stock, but sewn carefully, one piece at a time.

We use premium double-layered velvet, woven with a dense pile that gives it that subtle, natural shimmer. Heavy enough to drape beautifully. Soft enough to invite your hand.

When we started working with velvet back in 2018, it was honestly a challenge. Too many suppliers promised “luxury” and sent us stiff, synthetic fabric that looked flat in daylight.

After months of searching, we found what we were after — a velvet that behaves like silk but wears like stone. Durable. Light-blocking. Gentle to the touch.

Rich shades, timeless mood

Our velvet drapes come in 22 rich shades — from deep emerald to smoky taupe, from ocean blue to quiet dusty rose that feels like a winter sunset.

We keep the palette intentionally timeless. It doesn’t shout; it hums.

Pair them with linen sheers for contrast, or go full blackout with double-lined panels — either way, they change the mood of the room completely.

The spirit of velvet

Velvet has this paradoxical quality: it’s luxurious but grounding. It looks royal, yet it makes a space feel more human — soft, protective, safe.

Maybe that’s why it’s been loved for centuries, from Renaissance palaces to modern lofts.

Today, velvet is less about showing off and more about creating atmosphere — that quiet kind of luxury that doesn’t need to prove itself.

Custom velvet curtains — sewn for you

Each custom velvet panel is hand-sewn by our small workshop team. We measure twice, cut once, and finish edges with invisible seams. No ready-made shortcuts.

We believe the rhythm of craftsmanship can be felt — in how the curtain hangs, moves, and even sounds when you draw it closed at night.

We also create velvet blackout curtains for those who love slow mornings and deep sleep.
Our light-absorbing lining keeps rooms peaceful without changing the texture or drape of the main fabric.

The same rich velvet, just quieter.

How to care for velvet curtains

Caring for velvet is simple once you know it: gentle vacuuming, no harsh washing, let the fibers breathe. We pre-treat our fabrics to resist dust and fading, but like all beautiful things, velvet gets better with time.

The folds deepen, the surface softens — a quiet patina that tells the story of your home.

Bring velvet home

Maybe you’re designing a modern living room. Maybe a vintage-inspired bedroom. Or maybe you just want a space that feels calm and alive. Either way, velvet brings depth and character — a quiet luxury that lingers. Not loud. Not fleeting. Just beautiful, enduring, and unmistakably yours.
