Our products are made to order, and production usually takes 1–2 weeks. Express delivery typically takes 5–10 days, while standard delivery usually takes 14–21 days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping conditions.
Because our products are made according to the customer’s selected measurements and options, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. If you need to change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be possible only if production has not yet started.
