Can I return my order?
Custom curtains are made specifically for each customer, so returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please check all measurements, fabric, color, and order details carefully before purchase. If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue caused by our mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please note: Custom orders are not returnable. For all not personalized items we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
